More than EUR 70 mln invested in Militari Residence complex in western Bucharest

A total of EUR 73 million has been invested so far in the Militari Residence complex located in western Bucharest, near the Metro hypermarket.

“The EUR 73 million investment conducted so far has been made from own funds, being sustained by the sale of apartments in a very good rhythm,” said Radu Teleman, director of marketing within the Militari Residence.

The residential complex, which includes 4,000 apartments, indoor and outdoor pools, restaurants and spa and wellness clubs, was developed on a total surface of 15 hectares.

In addition to the 42 buildings, Militari Residence also includes some 4,000 sqm of parks, 2,500 parking spaces, shops and clinics.

Its construction started in 2008 and more than 3,500 apartments have been completed so far, while another 500 are set to be delivered this autumn.

There are 250 apartments available for sale, with prices starting from EUR 550 per sqm, including VAT. Some 6,000 people are currently living in the Militari Residence complex.
