Seed producer Limagrain has rented 260 sqm in the Airport Plaza office building near Henri Coanda International Airport, through BNP Paribas Real Estate, according to the company. A three year leasing contract was signed.

Limagrain is an international agricultural co-operation group specialized in field seeds, vegetable seeds and cereal products and was founded and managed by French farmers. “Limagrain dedicated a bigger budget than before to the leasing contract, despite the challenges of this period, since we believe in Romanian agriculture and it is very important that Limagrain’s strength is properly represented on the local market,” said Alina Cretu, Marketing Manager of Limagrain Romania.

Airport Plaza’s total space amounts to 5,500 sqm distributed over 3 floors. Other tenants include Petrom Aviation, FedEx and Alexander Group.
