IT outsourcing group Stefanini continues hiring in Romania

Stefanini Romania, Brazilian IT outsourcing group Stefanini’s local subsidiary of, recruited 348 people for its offices in Bucharest and Sibiu in the first half of the year.

The number of employees thus increased by 26% at the end of June 2015, compared to June 2014, reaching 1,150. Almost 300 of the 348 new employees work in the company's office in Bucharest, whereas 49 work in the Sibiu office.

The company organized 5,000 interviews for the open positions in the first half of the year, namely more than 40 interviews per day. The employment rate was 7%.

Stefanini plans to reach 1,300 employees in Romania by the end of this year, which means it will add some 150 new people to the team.

Stefanini Romania had a turnover of EUR 23 million in 2014, up from EUR 17.3 million in 2013.
