Logicor, one of the largest owners and operators of logistics spaces, has completed the construction of a 40,000 sqm warehouse located in the Logicor Bucuresti I distribution park, in Mogosoaia, about ten kilometers from the center of Bucharest.

The new building will have tenants such as furniture retailer IKEA, beer producer Heineken and pharma companies. It is 85% long-term pre-leased to international clients.

Logicor Bucuresti I distribution park includes three buildings with a total storing space of 82,900 sqm. It also has potential development for another 64,000 sqm.

Besides Bucharest, Logicor also owns plots for further development in Brasov, Sibiu, Glina and Timisoara. “The industrial and logistics real estate market is currently the most dynamic in Central and Eastern Europe, with a steadily falling vacancy rate,” Bartosz Mierzwiak, Logicor Managing Director for Central & Eastern Europe, said.

Logicor has a portfolio of 13.6 million sqm in more than 17 countries.
