Radu Lucianu, the former head of Eurisko / CB Richard Ellis in Romania has teamed up with investment bankers Doru Lionachescu, Andrei Diaconescu, Victor Capitanu and Vlad Busila and will launch Capital Property Advisors on September 21.

Radu Lucianu lefts his position as managing director of CB Richard Ellis in Romania – the former Eurisko real estate agency, in April this year. Lucianu joined Eurisko in 1999 and has been working mostly on the office segment. CB Richard Ellis bought Eurisko in 2008, in a deal which marked the firm’s direct market entry.

Before starting Capital Partners, Doru Lionachescu, 47, spent almost 11 years in various managerial positions with international banks: ING Bank, Citibank (Vicepresident) and EFG Eurobank-Bancpost (Deputy CEO). At the beginning of the 90’s, Doru Lionachescu started and run Romania’s financial publication Capital, as Deputy Chief Editor.
