Foreigners who own properties in Romania will have to fill in detailed data about the properties they own locally, and the Tax Administration ANAF will send over the data to their home country authorities. The new forms were published yesterday, Tuesday, July 8, in the Official Gazette.

New required data include type of property – residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, value of property, including insurance and expropriation value. The new forms were issued within an automated data exchange between fiscal administrations across the EU.
