Carmaker Dacia exported 100,000 cars from Romania in the first four months of the year, totaling around EUR 820 million, according to Ziarul Financial, quoting local car market statistics. The exported volume was 90 percent of the production in the Mioveni factory. Dacia's exports in the first quarters, which were of EUR 620 million, were also 8 percent of Romania's exports.

Dacia's local sales were down 20 percent in April and by 24 percent in the first four months, compared to the same periods of last year.
