Brewer Ursus signs five-year lease with Immofinanz for 9,000 sqm in Romania
Beer producer Ursus Breweries, part of SABMiller, recently leased some 9,300 sqm in the logistic park Log Center Timisoara, owned by Immofinanz.
The contract covers five years starting June 2014.
Log Center Timisoara features a 43,000 sqm land plot and a 20,000 sqm industrial warehouse, in a first phase. In a second phase, a new development will be made on a 70,000 – sqm land plot.
Immofinanz’ Log Center network features 12 logistics park on some 700,000 sqm for tenants in Poland, Russia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. The fund has three logistics properties in Romania, on some 52,000 sqm.
Immofinanz owns 89 properties in Romania, 17 of which are finalized, 11 under development, and 61 under analysis. The value of the Romanian portfolio is estimated at some EUR 991 million.
