Real estate broker ERA Europe, part of the US group Realogy that brokers 27% of the housing transactions globally, will launch an office in Romania next week, in a franchise system, reports local Capital.ro.

ERA Europe has over 1,100 offices in 14 European countries. Realogy is already present on the Romanian market with two of its brands, namely Coldwell Banker and Century 21.

In the last quarter of last year, Realogy posted revenues of USD 1.7 billion. The group’s franchisees managed 1.3 million real estate transactions last year.

Realogy is considered one of the largest real estate franchisors in the world, which is specialized in house sales.
