US HR company Automatic Data Processing (ADP) plans to hire up to 500 people in its Bucharest center, over the next three years, reports local Ziarul Financiar.

The company opened its Bucharest office at the end of 2014 and already employed 65 people.

ADP manages wage payments for 1 in 6 employees in the US, namely over 24 million people.

The company also publishes an index of employment in the United States, which is taken as a reference by analysts before official data publication.

The company posted a turnover of over USD 10 billion (EUR 8.7 bln) in the fiscal year ended in 2014.
