US fast food chain KFC has sued a small Romanian company called Casa de Vis Imobiliare SRL, according to records from the Bucharest Tribunal, cited by local Dailybusiness.ro.

The company tried to register last year the “RFC- Sehr Guut” restaurant brand at the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM). Lucian Adrian Ungur, who owns Casa de Vis Imobiliare, wanted to open the restaurant in Bistrita, northern Romania. The slogan and logo resemble the fast food giant’s.
