US company builds electric car charging stations in Romania
US company Tesla Motors will build charging stations for electric cars in Romania starting next year.
In 2016, Romania will have three such stations in Bucharest, Galati, and Craiova, reports local Capital.ro. These power outlets will provide electricity at no cost to owners of Tesla models.
In the US, the Tesla Motors network allows the owner of an electric car to travel across the country at no cost.
There are currently only six Tesla Model S cars in Romania. Tesla Motors is preparing a new crossover model that it would launch this year.
