Software provider Arobs Transilvania Software might float on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) this year.

This depends on the audit results and the market conditions, said Voicu Oprean, the company’s general director, cited by local Wall-street..ro.

The IT provider wants to buy a fleet management company which has thousands of cars in its portfolio. The listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange could bring in the money needed for the purchase, Oprean added.

He bought in 2014 the shares in Arobs Transilvania Software from the Finish investment fund Berling Capitals and became the company’s sole owner.

The company’s turnover data for 2014 is yet unavailable, but Oprean estimates a 20% increase over 2013.
