Romanian power plant equipment maker takes EUR 32 mln syndicated loan
Energomontaj, an equipment manufacturer for thermal, hydro and nuclear power plants, will sign a syndicated loan of EUR 32.6 million.
Insurers Allianz Ţiriac Asigurari, Groupama Asigurari and lenders Banca Romanească, Bancpost will grant the loan whereas the lender BRD will broker the deal.
It is the second transaction of this type which also involves insurance companies.
BRD is the second largest Romanian bank by total assets, which amounted to EUR 10.18 billion at the end of 2014.
