Shareholders of pharma producer Zentiva, the former Sicomed, decided to pay dividends from the net profit recorded last year, which amounted to EUR 12.2 million.

The company has revised down the net profit compared to the initial estimation of EUR 13.9 million, but will add EUR 3.5 million from its reserves.

The gross dividend from the net profit amounts to RON 0.13009 per share, whereas the one for the reserves amounts to RON 0.03779 per share.

The shareholders also approved the financial situation for 2014. They revised down the turnover, from EUR 89.55 million to EUR 89.1 million. The increase over 2013 stands at 35.7%.
