Local investment fund SIF Muntenia has proposed EUR 13.1 million in dividends to its shareholders or 37.4% of its net profit last year.

The gross dividend per share amounts to RON 0.07, down from RON 0.134 two years ago.

Last year, the company’s shareholders decided not to distribute dividends. They kept the whole profit of EUR 29.7 million.

On April 29, shareholders will discuss the profit distribution for this year.

Compared to the annual average value for the SIF Muntenia stock trading in 2014, the gross dividend yield amounts to 8.52%.The company’s shares went up 1.25% after it presented its dividend proposal.
