The National Credit Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (FNGCIMM) granted in 2014 about 25,000 guarantees for the "First House" program, for EUR 900 million in financing, with an average of EUR 36,000 funding per person, according to FNGCIMM, reports local Agerpres.

The number of guarantees granted through the "First House" program between September and November 2014 increased year-on-year by 52% from 4,975 to 7,567 dwellings, while the funded amount increased by 59%, from EUR 174 million euros to EUR 278 million.

About 32% of the guaranteed funds have a value of up to EUR 30,000, 25% are between EUR 30,000 - 40,000, 24% exceed EUR 50,000 and 19% are between EUR 40,000 and 50,000.
