The Romanian Army will recruit 2,020 soldiers that will be trained next year. Interested candidates can sign up until November 25.

The candidates are not admitted based on written tests. However, their studies will be taken into consideration, as well as the grades received at the selection tests, reports local Economica.net.

The candidates will be trained for maximum five months. After being distributed to army units, the soldiers will sign four-year employment contracts.

After these contracts expire, they can extend them for another two-three years. Soldiers in the Defense Ministry have to retire at 55.
