Romania wants to privatize 35 companies
The Authority of State Assets Management AAAS, formerly AVAS, wants to privatize 35 companies in 2015.
It closed nine transactions in 2014.
The Insolvency Division within the AAAS had 2,173 insolvent debtors on January 20, this year, 174 of which were companies owned by the state, reports local Economica.net.
It closed the insolvency procedures for 1,005 companies in 2014, 14 of which were state-owned.
AAAS received some EUR 2.42 million from insolvency proceedings.
