Romania comes second in the EU for house pricing decrease
Romania recorded the second largest quarterly fall in house prices in the European Union, with -0.9%, according to data from the European Union's statistical office Eurostat.
House prices went up by 0.5% in the euro area, and 2.3% in the EU in the third quarter of 2014 year-on-year.
Compared with the second quarter of 2014, house prices rose by 0.6% in the euro area and by 1.1% in the EU in the third quarter of 2014.
