Ringier becomes sole shareholder in Romanian job portal ejobs.ro
Media group Ringier recently bought another 30% stake in Romanian online recruitment website eJobs.ro. It now fully owns the website.
In March 2012, Ringier acquired the bulk of shares in eJobs.ro, namely a 70% stake.
The job portal was launched in 1999, and it reached 3.3 million unique visitors in February 2015.
Mihnea Vasiliu, General Manager Ringier Romania, said that the complete acquisition will allow the group to develop their digital business in Romania, as eJobs.ro is very profitable.
