Report: Real estate, constructions get a boost in Romania in 2015

Investors will continue to show significant interest in Romania’s real estate sector and construction work will resume in 2015, according to a PwC report.

The investors’ appetite already grew in 2014, which witnessed many transactions both in the commercial and office sectors.

Romania’s most dynamic cities, such as Bucharest, Timisoara and Cluj-Napoca, will see new real estate developments, said Francesca Postolache, Partner with PwC Romania.

The real estate transactions value in Romania increased to EUR 1.2 billion last year, from just EUR 300 million in 2013.
