Real estate fair in Bucharest brings 250 projects with 15,000 units

Real estate developers and agencies will present between April 16 and April 19 some 250 projects with over 15,000 new units at the spring edition of the National Real Estate Fair tIMOn.

It is the largest offer of houses gathered at an exhibition of this kind in the last five years, said Vlad Vlasceanu, tIMOn general manager. At an average price of EUR 50,000 per units, the total offer amounts to EUR 750 million.

Over 100 real estate companies will present their offers during the fair, whereas four banks will also showcase their lending solutions for acquiring houses.

Companies will launch 11 new residential projects, which include apartments and villas, most of them in central and semi-central areas of Bucharest.
