Radu Tanasescu becomes managing partner of Coldwell Banker after 11 years with Anchor Grup

Radu Tanasescu, the former operational director of Anchor Grup in Romania has joined real estate consultancy firm Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania as managing partner of the recently established retail and shopping centers division. The new division will offer consultancy on leasing and management for retail centers.

“There are many shopping centers that can improve in terms of the mix of retailers, as well as from the management point of view. Moreover, I believe the distressed assets segment will significantly develop, and it requires expertise,” said Radu Tanasescu.

Tanasescu, 33, has been working with Anchor Grup for the last 11 years. He had been in charge with leasing retail space in the Bucuresti Mall and Plaza Romania, with the expansion projects for both shopping malls, as well as with the group's investments activities.
