The Metropolis Bravo office building in Bucharest, the re-conversion of the former Starlight Suites hotel, has attracted two tenants after the recent end of re-conversion work. Queisser Pharma has signed the lease for 265 sqm in Metropolis Bravo, according to Esop Consulting, which brokered the deal.

Another company, Parexel International, which occupies space in Metropolis Alpha in the same compound, will expand into the Bravo building as well.

So far, 35 percent of the 4,500 sqm within Metropolis Bravo was leased, according to the investor, Soravia. Among the companies which occupy space in the Alpha offices are DLA Piper, Parexel International, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Mega Image and Reckitt Benckiser.
