Local banks and nonbanking financial institutions will report additional information on loans above RON 20,000 (EUR 4,500) to the Central Credit Register from May 1, according to a Romanian National Bank project.

These refer mainly to non-performing loans, payment improbability or credit restructuring.

Banks will have to offer additional information about the number of payment delay days, details on real estate mortgage types and their value, reports local Mediafax.
