The new real estate director of Franco-Belgian group Louis Delhaize, Charles de Jerphanion, has stated that Cora Brasov represents the company’s priority project in the country.

“We want an innovative project for Cora in Brasov and we are currently developing an international selection to choose the most suitable partner with experience in complex projects, such as Cora Brasov,” said Charles de Jerphanion, who was recently named real estate director of Louis Delhaize group.

The consultant for the international selection is DTZ Echinox.

Charles de Jerphanion, 37, worked for six years as development director and investments director within Casino Group. Before that, he held the positions of asset manager and investment director at Affine Group.

Cora Romania currently runs 12 stores across the country, of which four are located in Bucharest, and the other eight in Ploiesti, Cluj-Napoca, Baia Mare, Arad, Drobeta Turnu Severin, Constanta and Bacau.
