Luxury clothing brand Cacharel expects sales up 15% in Romania

French clothing and accessories brand Cacharel estimates that its sales in Romania will go up by 15% this year, according to Florin Leoveanu, the company's brand manager.

"Romanian customers have changed their attitude compared to the previous years. They have become receptive and open to luxury products and services," said Leoveanu, cited by Wall-street.ro.

In the seven years of activity in Romania, Cacharel has sold over 5,000 suits and around 6,500 pairs of shoes. The most expensive products available in shops are the limited edition suits, which can reach about EUR 735. Cacharel runs a store in Baneasa Shopping City.
