Lafarge Ciment to pay dividends of EUR 10 mln from last year’s profit in Romania

Cement producer Lafarge Ciment, the largest company of French Lafarge group in Romania, will pay gross dividends of some EUR 10 million, representing over 99 percent of the 2013 profit, reports local Wall-street.ro.

The French group controls the cement producer via Lafarge Romania (55.12 percent) and Financiere Lafarge (43.49 percent). Lafarge Ciment posted a turnover of some EUR 155 million in 2013, down 20 percent compared to the previous year, and a net profit of slightly over EUR 10 million.
