Four students to represent Romania at KPMG International Case Competition Final in Sao Paolo

Four students of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, winners of the first edition of national KPMG Case Competition, will represent Romania at the KPMG International Case Competition Final which will take place in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in April.

Rares Popescu, Maria Popescu, Andreea Orindaru and Radu Ciobanu will have the chance to maximize their potential and compete with the brightest minds at this year’s KPMG International Case Competition, which has attracted over 14,800 students from 400 universities in 23 countries, reads a statement of KPMG.

“The KPMG International Case Competition is a great chance for students to discover first-hand what it is like to work as a consultant, to help them test and further develop their strengths while discovering new ones. All in all, it is a propeller for any ambitious student who wants to make a real difference in the world,” said Serban Toader, Senior Partner of KPMG in Romania.

This competition allows students to take their entrepreneurial skills to the next level,” he added.
