The Romanian company Delivery Solutions that operates the Sameday Courier brand will become the first Romanian parcel services provider listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The current shareholders plan to float about 10% of their shares.

The listing comes after they turned the company into a joint stock company at the end of last year.

“We took all the necessary steps to carry out the listing, which will probably be completed by the end of this month,” said the company’s founder Octavian Badescu, cited by local wall-street.ro.

Sameday Courier posted a EUR 1.7 million turnover last year, up 50% over 2013. It plans to reach a EUR 2-2.5 million turnover in 2015.
