The new buildings, which will stretch over 75,000 sqm, will be ready by the end of this year, said Cora Stolz, P3 Romania country head, cited by local Wall-street.ro.

The P3 park is located on the Bucharest-Pitesti highway and currently has eight buildings with a 215,000 sqm leasable area. Big retailers such as Carrefour, Altex and eMag are among the tenants.
