Real estate consultancy CBRE Romania has expanded its retail department by recruiting Elke Schӧpf, who has over 15 years of experience in real estate, reports local Dailybusiness.ro.

Schӧpf moved from Immofinanz group, where she was head of retail leasing.

Parklake Plaza and Veranda Shopping Center are currently the leading projects for which CBRE holds exclusive rights as rental broker.

Prior to joining CBRE, Schӧpf worked on leasing shopping centers such as Polus Cluj, Maritimo Constanta and Pitesti Mall.
