Companies built four office buildings in Bucharest in the last quarter of 2014. These are Green Court Building A, AFI Park 3, Ethos House and Bratianu Business Center, which stretch over 41,000 sqm, according to the real estate company JLL.

In 2014, constructors finished office buildings extending over 121,000 sqm, a level close to the one in 2013.

Big projects such as Green Court Building B, AFI Park 4&5, City Offices and Sema Park Phase 3 are also due this year.

The modern office stock in Bucharest has reached 2.16 million sqm.

Developers announced new projects in 2014, most of them located in northern Bucharest, as the market has stabilized. That’s why the supply of new office spaces will increase in 2016, when the companies will deliver about 240,000 sqm.

The level of rents in 2015 will be the same as in the previous year, according to the report.
