Romanian weather authorities have issued a code yellow warning, expecting snow and strong wind in the southeast of the country Thursday evening through Friday evening. Counties under advisory are Braila, Calarasi, Constanta, Galati, Ialomita and Tulcea.  Meteorologists expect snow and gusty wind of up to 60 kilometers per hour.
