Romania's Blue Air hopes for 1.6 mln passengers in 2015
Low-cost airline operator Blue Air estimates a load of 1.6 million passengers in 2015 and expects a 6% increase in their turnover.
"We expect a EUR 10 million increase in the turnover and a load of 1.6 million passengers in 2015. We also expect to end 2014 with a turnover of EUR 150 million. As for the Blue Air fleet, it will increase in the next five years with at least one aircraft per year," said Blue Air general manager George Racaru, cited by local Digi24.
In 2013, Blue Air posted a EUR 135 million turnover and carried 1.35 million passengers.
The airline has invested over EUR 6 million this year.
