Romanian private healthcare operator Regina Maria to open Baneasa hospital in September
The private healthcare provider, formerly known as Centrul Medical Unirea, runs three medical campuses, six hospitals and 18 clinics in Bucharest and around the country, and works with 1,000 doctors. The company is controlled by investment fund Advent International, with 80 percent of the shares, and by its founder Wargha Enayati.
