Romanian entrepreneur opens biggest fast food in Bucharest's Old Town

Divan Group, controlled by local entrepreneur Andrei Iusut, will open this year the biggest fast-food restaurant in Bucharest’s Old Town, following a EUR 300,000 investment. The 360-sqm unit will be the second within the Divan Express network.

Divan Group, together with the tourism agency AA Travel, which is also controlled by Andrei Iusut, plan to reach a turnover of EUR 6 million this year, up by a third compared to 2014, reports local Ziarul Financiar.

Iusut, 33, opened the first Divan restaurant in the Old Town in 2009. He now owns two restaurants, one with Turkish cuisine under the Divan brand and one with Greek cuisine called Meze Taverna, and two fast-food stores under the Divan Express brand.
