Orange revamps shops in Romania with EUR 120,000 per store

08 July 2011

French telecom company Orange has started revamping its stores in Romania, to implement a new design concept, following an investment of over EUR 120,000 per store.  The investment will vary depending on the surface of the stores, according to the company. The Orange Shop in Victoriei Square is the most recently revamped store based on the new design.

The new design concept requires a new segmentation of space in stores according to clients' interests, the first objective being to facilitate the customer's interaction with Orange products and services.

The redevelopment concept is based on NEXT - One Design of France Telecom Group – Orange, implemented to integrate specific modern telecom retail features. Currently, this concept is used in over nine countries, including France, Spain, Switzerland, Austria and Poland, being specially adapted for Romania.

The renovation program in Romania began in 2010, with 11 stores in Bucharest and the country having been revamped so far.
