Payments over 90 days overdue or arrears recorded in the general budget of administrative-territorial units amounted to RON 200.29 million (over EUR 45 million) at the end of July this year, slightly up from end-2013, according to data from the Ministry of Finance, cited by local Agerpes.

The highest debts are recorded in Valcea county – RON 76.23 million (EUR 17.3 million), Hunedoara – RON 56.23 million (EUR 12.7 million) and Tulcea – RON 52.82 million (EUR 12 million).
