Italian low-cost carrier Air Vallee runs first flights to Romania this year
“Romania is an important market for the Parma’s catchment area and we are aware that Bucharest is a destination which has been widely requested,” said Paul Whelan CEO at Parma Airport.
Air Vallee was created in 1987 to promote the commercial development of the Corrado Gex Airport in Aosta. Apart from the low-cost airlines services, it also runs charter flights, aerotaxi, heliski and helicopter tourists flights.
In Romania, Air Vallee is run by Davide Strinna. The company plans to open its own operational bases in Bucharest, Iasi and Constanta, in addition to the ones in Italy – Parma, Torino, Rimini, Pescara and Catania.
