Immofinanz pre-leases a third of its newest logistics project in Romania
Austrian group Immofinanz, one of the biggest real estate investors in Romania, has announced the name of the first tenants in its newest logistics project in the capital called Log.IQ Bucuresti.
Parcel services company Dynamic Parcel Distribution has rented almost 4,800 sqm, whereas food producer Alka Group has rented some 3,200 sqm. Direct marketing company Mediapost Hit Mail, which is controlled by the French Post, has rented about 3,500 sqm.
Log.IQ Bucuresti, which is currently under construction, will have about 40,000 sqm in the first stage. It will later add some 100,000 sqm in the second and third phase.
The project is located in northwestern Bucharest, in Mogosoaia. The construction work started in July.
