Cinema operator Cinema City will open the first multiplex cinema in Romania’s Mures county this Friday (December 16), according to the company. The new cinema will be located in Promenada Mall shopping center in Targu Mures.

Cinema City invested EUR 5 million in the new multiplex cinema, which has 1,465 seats and eight digital halls.

Currently, Cinema City has a total of 12 movie theaters in Romania. From December 16 to December 22 Cinema City Targu Mures will show several movies, such as ‘Mission Impossible’, ‘Sherlock Holmes’ and ‘Alvin and the Chipmunks’.
