Car traffic will be shut down for the following nine months on Splaiul Independentei in Bucharest, between the Central Biology Institute and Piatra Craiului St., according to the Bucharest Municipality. Traffic will be closed starting Thursday, February 10, to allow works on the street which connects the Bucharest – Pitesti highway to Splaiul Independentei.

Traffic will be redirected through Petre Popovat St., according to the Bucharest City Hall.
