ERA, one of the strongest real estate consultancy franchises in the world, officially announced its entry in the Romanian market on November 10.

The company introduced its Era Business System franchise system in the local market and aims that in the next three years it reaches at least 50 franchisees in Romania.

The American company also aims to reach over 100 real estate agents, each holding a minimum of 10% market share in the residential areas they cover, over a period of 5 to 10 years.

ERA holds about 15%, on average, of the residential real estate market in the countries in which it operates. Bulgarian Valentin Krastev will coordinate the company’s operations in Romania.
