Affichage Holding takes over full control of Romania subsidiary, appoints new CEO
Affichage Romania holds a 30 percent market share, according to its estimations. It owns over 4,600 outdoor advertising spaces in 60 cities in Romania. It also works on street advertising projects together with municipalities in Bucharest, Brasov, Iasi, Timisoara, Constanta, Oradea, Botosani, Vaslui, Sighisoara, among others.
In 2007, Affichage Romania bought two local companies, RBN and Amco. In 2008, it continued to acquire local companies: Effect Media, Outdoor Media and Communications Media.
