Turkish developer plans to sell 540 homes in Bucharest complex this year

Turkish real estate company Opus Land Development, which has developed the Cosmopolis residential project, located in Stefanestii de Jos, north of Bucharest, plans to sell 540 new homes in the complex this year.

By comparison, the company sold 470 units worth EUR 30 million last year, up 10% compared to 2015.

“This year, we continue to invest both in infrastructure and in the overall development of Cosmopolis,” said Ahmet Buyukhanli, CEO of Opus Land Development.

The selling prices for apartments in Cosmopolis range between EUR 35,000 and EUR 150,000.

Besides the residential complex, the developer also built the strip mall Cosmopolis Plaza following a EUR 2.2 million investment. The mall has stores for children, a pharmacy, a pet shop, clothing stores, a supermarket, a cafeteria, and a beauty shop.
