The ten most expensive hotel compounds up for sale in Romania amount to almost EUR 120 million, according to imobiliare.ro.

A seaside resort in Neptun-Olimp ranks first, with EUR 30 million. It includes three hotels, with over 750 rooms.

A hotel from Arad, western Romania, ranks second, with EUR 25 million. It has 40 rooms, two apartments, a conference room and a fitness hall.

The third place is occupied by a hotel in central Bucharest, estimated at EUR 18.95 million. The 13-floor building stretches over 1,100 sqm and has 127 rooms.

Another hotel in Bucharest, in the Cotroceni area, is estimated at EUR 8.5 million. It is located on a 1,800 sqm plot and has two buildings, conference rooms, a bar and a restaurant.
