Real estate developer Ascenta Management will invest EUR 10 million in the second stage of the office project Coresi Business Park in Brasov, in Central Romania. This will include two office buildings covering 18,000 sqm.

Construction work began in April and will be completed next year. The first tenant is the company Tata Technologies, which has rented a 3,300 sqm area.

The buildings will have three or four floors and a rentable area between 725 sqm and 1,550 sqm on each floor.

The project’s first phase includes a 25,000 sqm area of office spaces. The Coresi Business Park is built on the former industrial platform Tractorul.
