The Royal Train will go on a symbolic journey on May 10 to mark both the Royalty Day and the National Independence Day in Romania. It will stop in four cities - Ploiesti, Buzau, Braila, and Galati.

The Royal Train will depart from Baneasa Station in Bucharest at 11:00 on Tuesday, May 10. A military ceremony will take place on the station platform starting at 10:40, in the presence of Her Majesty Margareta, Custodian of the Romanian Crown, HRH Prince Radu and HRH Princess Sofia.

The train will make the first stop in Ploiesti Sud Railway Station at 12:10. Then, it is scheduled to arrive in Buzau at 13:31, Braila at 15:24, and Galati at 16:14. After the closing ceremony in Galati, the Royal Train will be open to the public for two hours.

On May 11, Her Majesty Margareta, His Royal Highness Prince Radu and Her Royal Highness Princess Sofia will visit the Romanian Red Cross headquarters in Galati at 11:00, the Saint Spiridon Children's Day Center at 12:00, and the Liberty Galati steel plant at 13:00.
